How do I download my purchases after buying a pack?

After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link (sent to the email provided at checkout).

Simply click the link to access your files instantly. If you encounter any issues, feel free to contact our support team.

If you have an account with us, you will also be able to download your past orders at your account page (accessible in the top menu).

What format does the pack come in?

For Sample Packs: Samples are provided in high-quality 24-bit WAV format, compatible with all major DAWs and samplers. Additionally, in some products MIDI files are included where applicable, giving you even more flexibility.

For Preset Packs: Presets are provided in a file format that corresponds to the synth plugin they are for. For example Serum Presets will be .fxp files. Presets are made using the latest version of the plugin that was available at the time - so ensure that your plugin is up to date.

What will I receive?

We compress our packs into ZIP files.

The download for this product will be a single .ZIP file containing all the files mentioned on this product page.

Mac users can unzip .ZIP files by simply double clicking the file.

If you are on windows, you can extract the files with software such as WinRar, 7Zip or The Unarchiver.

Is this product compatible with all DAWs?

Yes. This product is compatible with any DAW.

This includes: Ableton, Logic Pro, FL Studio, Cubase, Pro Tools, Bitwig, Reason, Studio One, Garage Band & any other DAW

All of our files are either .WAV files or preset files for a specific synth plugin (such as Serum, Vital, Current, Phase Plant).

Is it Royalty Free?

Absolutely, all our samples are completely royalty-free. This allows you to release your music confidently, without concerns about copyright or legal complications.

However, individual samples cannot be used on their own in any public release. In other words, you are not permitted to release, sell, or distribute any single sample or file from this pack independently.

Can I use these samples if I'm just starting out in music production?

Absolutely! Our packs are designed for producers of all skill levels, from beginners to professionals.

Each pack includes high-quality, ready-to-use samples that will enhance your productions and help you learn along the way.
