How do i download my purchases?
Once you've purchased a product from our website, you will automatically receive a download link with the email you've submitted.
In case you have created an account on our website, you will be able to download your past orders via your account page.
My downloads have expired or the link does not work, what should I do?
If you come across any problems with downloading your purchase or exceeding the download limit, please contact us via email (support@kansamples.com) or via the contact form and we will find a solution for the problem.
Be sure to include your order number in the message.
I have completed the checkout and I have received my order confirmation, but there is no link to download, what has happened?
When you purchase a product, an order confirmation email is sent automatically to your inbox along side another seperate email containing the download links.
This email containing the download links often finds itself in your junk/spam/promotions folder so double check it's not there if you can't see it.
If you still cannot find your download links at all, please don't hesitate to contact us via the contact page or fire an email over to support@kansamples.com.
Include your order number if you have one. We will send another link for you as soon as we can.

Can i try a product before I buy it?
As a subscriber you will receive a free product demo of every new product via email the day it is out.

How do I redeem my discount code?
Go to the checkout, and apply your code on the right side of the page. The discount that is associated with the code will be applied to the price instantly.
I have purchased the wrong product, can i get a refund?
Due to the high level of illegal sharing and piracy our products are subject to and the nature of our products being digital, we have a strict no refund or exchange policy once the product download has been initiated.
We are able to see if you have initiated the product download on our system and once this happens, your purchase becomes non refundable.

How can I use the Samples and Presets I buy?
When you have purchased one of our products, you are automatically registered as a license holder and you are allowed to use our sounds in any way you would like to in your music.
There is one exception: You are not allowed to commercially sell our Samples or Presets in your own Sample Packs or Preset Packs.
I downloaded my purchase and I can't open the file, what do I do?
We provide our downloads in a .ZIP or format. To extract the files within, download & install a program like 'WinRar' or '7zip'.
Then simply right click the file you have downloaded, and click 'extract here' or in your desired folder.
My plugin is telling me that the current version is incompatible with the presets, what should I do?
If you are running an older version of Serum (or any another plugin) than the version that was used to create the presets, then the presets will not be compatible with the version of the plugin you have.
You will need to update your plugin to the latest version to use the presets.

The presets are not working
If the files are not working correctly, first ensure that you are running the latest version of the plugin.
If the problem persists, it may be due to an error with the file extraction (this can happen o windows with some un-zipper softwares) please reach out to us and we can solve the issue for you either via the contact form or by emailing us at: support@kansamples.com
