A highlight of this Drum and Bass Sample Pack is it's Bass loops, which were created using Xfer Serum and feature additional complex FX processing outside of the plugin, resulting in a catalogue of powerful bass samples ready to be dragged and dropped into your own music projects.

The Drum Loops and Samples are also a strong feature. Making up the bulk of this Techstep Sample Pack's contents, they tap into a range of aggressive and rolling styles of breaks utilising Reverb, Bit Crushing, Flanging and other forms of Distortion and Modulation FX to create ear pleasing fills at their end-phrases.
Expect to find dark moody atmospheres and heavily industrial sounds alongside a collection of Glitch Loops, Dark Synth Loops and One Shot Hits, Hypnotic Arp Loops and plenty of floor shaking One Shot Bass Hits. Think Dark Techno sped up to 174BPM.
What Is Techstep?
Techstep is a Sub-Genre of UK Drum & Bass, which emerged in the mid 90's as a kickback to the more pop influenced sound emerging in the DnB scene at the time.
Pioneers include but are not limited to: Teebee, Ed Rush & Optical, Doc Scott and Dom & Roland. The household Drum & Bass imprint Metalheadz was also an important label involved with it's development.
Techstep is identifiable by its dark moods, aggressive bass-heavy synthesis and use of moody Sci-Fi samples.
